About the Role:

Ultimate Peaks is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with the executive leadership team in a dynamic tech company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional projects, and facilitating communication between departments to help scale our company efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the CEO and executive team in planning and execution of strategic initiatives
• Coordinate and track progress of projects across product, engineering, marketing, and other teams
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports to inform leadership decisions
• Facilitate communication and alignment among different departments to ensure organizational goals are met
• Manage meetings, agendas, and follow-up to ensure timely completion of action items
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve operational workflows

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic/operations role in a tech company or fast-paced startup environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and metrics to drive decisions
• Proficient in collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar)
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
