Position Summary

Our client is looking for a motivated Civil Engineer (Fresh Graduate) to support the planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience by working alongside experienced engineers on a variety of construction projects while developing a strong foundation in site engineering, project coordination, quality control, and construction management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of construction activities.
  


• Support site engineers in monitoring daily project progress and ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
  


• Participate in site inspections and quantity verification.
  


• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  


• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  


• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
  


• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  


• Support material inspections and verify delivered quantities against project requirements.
  


• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and project documentation.
  


• Ensure compliance with project schedules and engineering standards.
  


• Follow Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations and company safety procedures.
  


• Participate in project meetings and contribute to resolving technical issues.
  


• Support project handover activities and documentation.
  


• Continuously develop technical knowledge through training and mentorship.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  


• Fresh graduate or up to one (1) year of relevant experience.
  


• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Membership/Professional Accreditation is mandatory.
  


• Basic understanding of construction methods, structural principles, and civil engineering practices.
  


• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar engineering software is preferred.
  


• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  


• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  


• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  


• Willingness to work on project sites across Saudi Arabia when required.
  


• A valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
