Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Structural Estimator is responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for civil engineering and structural construction projects.

Key Accountabilities

1. Collaborating with engineers to interpret structural designs and specifications to determine the scope of work for cost estimation.
2. Developing detailed cost estimates for civil and structural projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
3. Conducting quantity take-offs from structural drawings to determine the amount of materials needed for construction.
4. Recommending cost-effective solutions and alternatives to structural designs to optimize project costs without compromising structural integrity.
5. Assisting in the preparation of bids and proposals by providing accurate cost estimates to potential clients.
6. Working with project managers to develop and manage project budgets, tracking costs throughout the construction process.
7. Collaborating with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing for structural materials and services required for the project.
8. Analyzing project costs, preparing cost reports, and identifying areas for cost savings or potential cost overruns.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Minimum of 8–10 years of experience.

Fluency in English is required.

Saudi Arabian nationality is preferred, with a deep understanding of the local business culture, customs, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
