At FlyAkeed, we leverage technology to transform corporate travel management. Our Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring seamless travel booking, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction by managing reservations, travel requests, and operational processes through our proprietary platform.

Job Summary
The Onboarding Associate is responsible for managing the customer onboarding journey from contract signing through Go Live, ensuring a smooth implementation experience. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to coordinate onboarding activities, track progress, and ensure all requirements are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process through Go Live.
• Lead onboarding and project kickoff meetings with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate implementation with internal teams.
• Track onboarding progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely support throughout the onboarding journey.
• Monitor, follow up, and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed on schedule.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and provide regular status updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and enhance the customer experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience working directly with customers throughout the service implementation process.
• Strong ability to lead customer onboarding meetings and manage customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and task/project management tools.
