Closeout Director - (DEL - 509)

Qiddiya Investment Company, a leader in innovative development in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Closeout Director to oversee the finalization of our major projects. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project closeout activities are executed smoothly and in alignment with company standards and contractual obligations. This position requires a strong leader capable of navigating complex project landscapes to ensure all deliverables are completed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement closeout strategies and processes for all projects, ensuring timely and effective completion of all deliverables.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper documentation, final inspections, and approvals are completed as per contractual obligations.
• Analyze and manage project financials during closeout, including settlement of contracts and finalizing change orders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements during the closeout phase.
• Conduct project closeout meetings to review lessons learned, identify best practices, and document outcomes for future improvement.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate successful project transitions.
• Prepare and submit final reports to management detailing project outcomes, key metrics, and recommendations for future endeavors.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or construction closeout roles.
• Proven track record of successfully closing out large-scale projects in the construction or real estate development sector.
• Strong understanding of contract management, financial analysis, and project closeout processes.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project closeout is an advantage.
