We are seeking a skilled Cloud Pak Integration Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and managing integration solutions using IBM Cloud Pak technologies, facilitating seamless data flow between cloud-based applications and services. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that integration solutions meet organizational needs and enhance overall business processes.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on integration solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Integration or similar cloud integration technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in developing integration workflows and APIs using IBM Cloud Pak.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and development practices.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with messaging systems (e.g., IBM MQ, Kafka) and API management.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and programming languages (e.g., Java).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure).

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve integration issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integration solutions leveraging IBM Cloud Pak technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and workflows.
• Monitor and optimize integration performance, ensuring reliability and scalability of solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay abreast of new developments in cloud integration technologies and recommend improvements.
