Commercial Manager - RC

JASARA PMC is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Manager - RC (Reinforced Concrete) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the commercial management of reinforced concrete projects from start to finish, ensuring optimal financial performance and compliance with project specifications and client expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include managing and overseeing all aspects related to contracts, procurement, budgeting, and financial reporting for RC projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and external stakeholders to develop and implement commercial strategies that maximize profitability while mitigating risks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management within the construction industry, specifically related to reinforced concrete works. You must possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail to effectively manage contracts and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of reinforced concrete projects, including contract negotiation and procurement.
• Monitor and report on project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Develop commercial strategies to ensure project profitability and risk management.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contracts and specifications.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Analyze and mitigate financial risks associated with projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial management specifically in reinforced concrete projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in financial analysis and budget management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
