Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the vision of Qiddiya and drive profitability.
• Manage all aspects of commercial activities, including project budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Lead negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers and partners to ensure optimal terms.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization, including project management, finance, and operations, to identify and leverage commercial opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor and report on commercial performance, providing insights to senior management.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the commercial team, promoting a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations affecting commercial practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8-10 years of experience in commercial management, preferably within the entertainment, real estate, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong track record of achieving commercial targets and driving operational excellence.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
