Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Manager – Commercial to further enhance our commercial operations. This role is vital to developing and executing strategic initiatives that will maximize our revenue streams and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to propel business growth and improve profitability.
• Manage and oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance tracking.
• Lead contract negotiations with partners and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify synergies and capitalize on market trends.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in a commercial management role, with a preference for candidates in the entertainment, tourism, or large-scale project environments.
• Proven success in achieving commercial objectives and developing strategic partnerships.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Experience in managing diverse stakeholders and navigating complex business landscapes.
