• Ensure that the team is able to achieve their weekly and monthly KPI’s
• Aid in forecasting and managing sales pipeline
• Accompany team members to meetings as and when necessary
• Identify objections and challenges and propose solutions
• Reporting and projecting revenue to Executive team
• Helping the team grow with adequate training and learning methods

• Play a key role in development of all Commercial Technology Managers in terms of providing feedback, enhancing skills and assessing performance
• Share ideas and partially assist in execution of strategic projects
• Identify process gaps and areas where efficiencies can be improved contribute towards building these processes along with the CCO

• Ability to lead a team of passionate and energetic Commercial Technology Managers
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong strategic, critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability
• Obsessively organized and detail oriented
• Ability to nurture relationships and work effectively with cross-functionally both internally and externally
• Experience working in a high-growth environment
