Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes across Western and Arabic menus
  




• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning according to established recipes and standards
  




• Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times
  




• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service
  




• Participate in inventory management and maintain proper stock levels
  




• Contribute ideas for menu development and culinary innovation
  




• Support senior chefs with mise en place and daily kitchen preparations
  




• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and culinary skill development
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a luxury or fine dining environment
  




• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both Western and Arabic cuisine
  




• Passion for food, creativity, and a keen eye for detail
  




• Ability to work effectively within a diverse, multicultural team
  




• Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  




• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday
