As Kitopi’s Commis Chef, you will be able to demonstrate

understanding of various cuisines varying from:LebaneseMexicaBakeryOrientalInternationalButcheryBoth hot and cold sectionPrevious experience of

GLUTEN FREE concepts is a big advantageYou do not need to know all those types of cuisine but demonstrate a strong understanding of at least one of them.

You will be working in one of our Central or Satellite Kitchens and support the Brand by following their standards and recipes. You will ensure food consistency on all our relevant brands and maintain accuracy on all food orders.Ensure Quality, Speed and Accuracy in all food orders.Be: punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable, and, above all, honest.Maintain a neat and clean appearance whilst you still follow all food safety procedures.Work with your teammates to make sure your kitchen is set-up for successFollow Kitopi and the brands’ standards.You’ll be working in our fast moving; high energy environment and we’re looking for people with high energy and that can work as part of a team within diverse groups of peoplePrepare and cook our customer’s meals to the highest standard every time.
