Job Overview:

A new Mediterranean café concept launching in Riyadh is hiring enthusiastic and hardworking Commis Chefs to support its kitchen team across the Pastry, Cold, Hot, and Prep Sections. These seasonal roles offer a fantastic entry point into a high-quality kitchen environment focused on fresh, wholesome, Mediterranean-style cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Chefs de Partie and kitchen team in preparing ingredients and assisting with daily food production.
• Maintain a clean, organised workstation and follow strict hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist with basic cooking tasks, plating, and mise en place under supervision.
• Ensure timely and efficient service support during busy operations.
• Take initiative in learning new skills and culinary techniques within your section.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2 Years previous kitchen experience preferred.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a professional kitchen environment.
• Ability to follow instructions, work under pressure, and contribute to team success.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic is helpful but not required.
