Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a talented Communication Manager for our Entertainment Business Unit (BU) - RES256. This pivotal role will involve creating and executing dynamic communication strategies that promote our entertainment offerings and engage a diverse audience. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative communication strategies that highlight Qiddiya’s entertainment offerings and enhance brand recognition.
• Create and manage content across various platforms, ensuring a cohesive message that resonates with target audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to design compelling campaigns, events, and promotions that drive engagement and awareness.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including media partners, influencers, and industry contacts to support communication efforts.
• Manage public relations activities, including press releases, media briefings, and responses to inquiries.
• Monitor industry trends and audience feedback to adapt communication strategies effectively and ensure relevance.
• Analyze communication effectiveness through metrics and analytics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support crisis communications and manage messaging during high-pressure situations as they arise.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in communications, with a focus on entertainment or leisure-related sectors.
• Proven ability to create engaging content and manage comprehensive communication strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in media relations and experience in managing effective PR campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to measure the success of communication initiatives.
• Capable of fostering collaboration and maintaining strong relationships across departments.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
