Communications Architect - SMP

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive communication architecture solutions for the SMP.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into effective communication systems.
• Ensure that communication technologies are secure, reliable, and scalable to meet business needs.
• Integrate voice, video, and collaboration tools into the existing IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving communication efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on emerging communication technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• +15 Years Experince.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing communication architectures and systems.
• Strong understanding of communication protocols and technologies (e.g., VoIP, SIP, WebRTC).
• Experience with Service Management Platforms and IT service delivery processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
