Compliance

• Develop, implement, and manage an effective compliance program for the Company, in line with the NEOM GRC roll-out strategy.
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure Oxagon operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across the organization.
• Prepare and present reports on compliance activities, risks, and recommendations to senior management and relevant committees.
• Investigate compliance breaches or violations and develop corrective action plans. Ensure timely resolution of compliance issues.

Data Privacy

• Perform periodic privacy assessments as required
• Roll-out the data privacy programme in conjunction with NEOM GRC Department
