Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:
Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a diligent Compliance Specialist to ensure that the organization adheres to legal standards and internal policies. The successful candidate will monitor, assess, and implement compliance programs to mitigate risks and maintain ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor company operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Develop, implement, and update compliance programs and policies
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related topics
• Investigate and address compliance issues or violations promptly and effectively
• Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• 2years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to conduct audits and risk assessments effectively
• Detail-oriented with high integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in compliance management software and MS Office
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) are advantageous
