Composite Laminators – Prepreg & Resin Infusion

Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: Up to SAR 10,000 per month

We are recruiting experienced Composite Laminators for a growing advanced composites manufacturing operation in Saudi Arabia.

This opportunity is aimed at skilled laminators with strong hands-on experience in prepreg and resin infusion, who are confident working to high technical and quality standards.

The Role

You will be involved in the manufacture of high-quality composite components using advanced production techniques, including:

* Prepreg lay-up and lamination

* Resin infusion processes

* Vacuum bagging

* Tool and mould preparation

* Ply placement and material handling

* Trimming, finishing and inspection support

* Following engineering drawings, work instructions and lay-up schedules

* Maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy and housekeeping

* Supporting production targets and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

We are interested in candidates who have:

* Strong practical experience within advanced composites manufacturing

* Proven prepreg laminating experience

* Good knowledge of resin infusion

* Experience with vacuum bagging and composite tooling

* The ability to read and follow technical drawings and production instructions

* A strong understanding of quality standards within composite manufacturing

* Good spoken and written English

* A reliable, practical and hands-on approach

Experience within aerospace, automotive, motorsport, marine, defence or other technically demanding composite manufacturing environments would be particularly relevant.

International candidates are encouraged to apply, particularly those currently based in Europe, the Philippines or India and open to relocation to Saudi Arabia.

Salary: Up to SAR 10,000 per month
