Consultant

The Consultant instrumental in supporting the delivery of consulting projects, contributing analytical expertise and insights to help clients solve strategic and operational challenges. This role involves conducting research, analyzing data, developing recommendations, and supporting the implementation of solutions under the guidance of senior consultants and project managers. The Consultant works closely with clients and project teams, playing a key role in ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Duties

• Research and Analysis: Perform in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, client industries, and specific business issues. Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to derive insights.

• Solution Development: Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations and solutions for clients. Assist in preparing presentations and reports that clearly articulate findings and recommendations.

• Project Support: Support the planning and execution of consulting projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. Collaborate with project teams to facilitate smooth project progression.

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients as part of project delivery, participating in meetings and presentations to discuss findings and recommendations. • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Participate in internal training and professional development opportunities. Contribute to the enhancement of consulting methodologies and the firm’s intellectual capital.

Educational

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage.

Experience

At least 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to contribute to complex projects.

Training Certification

Professional certifications relevant to consulting, business analysis, or project management (e.g., CMC, CAPM) are beneficial but not required.
