Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and make informed decisions regarding the care of critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Lead the development and implementation of treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab results, and other diagnostic information.
• Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures to stabilize and treat patients.
• Provide patient and family education regarding medical conditions and treatments.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest clinical practices and advances in intensive care medicine.

• Medical degree and specialty training in Intensive Care Medicine.
• Experience working as a Consultant in an intensive care setting.
• In-depth knowledge of critical care protocols and best practices.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to perform under pressure and make quick, informed decisions in high-stress environments.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of medical advancements.
• Valid medical license and board certification in Intensive Care Medicine.
