Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts including FIDIC-based contracts, subcontracts, consultancy agreements, and JV arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies in all contracts.
• Support tendering and bidding processes by evaluating contractual risks and advising on mitigation strategies.
• Monitor contract execution to ensure obligations, milestones, and deliverables are met.
• Maintain detailed contract records, logs, and correspondence in accordance with company and project requirements.
• Assist in contract claims preparation, dispute resolution, and variation/change order management.
• Interface with project teams, legal counsel, commercial departments, and clients for contract-related matters.
• Interpret contract terms and conditions to project teams and management.
• Ensuring the internal Sales (LoA) process in collaboration with the relevant interface partners and carry it out.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
• Bachelor’s degree in law or a related discipline. Fresh graduate or 1 year experience.
• Knowledge of FIDIC forms of contract (Red Book, Yellow Book, etc.).
• Familiarity with Saudi public procurement regulations (if applicable).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera, and contract management tools.
