Job Purpose

To plan, monitor, coordinate and manage commercial, transacting, and data operations for the Supply Chain and Logistics department, including analysis and specification of needs and solutions. To monitor and operate the SC&L Control Tower.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, coordinate and manage commercial, transacting, and data operations;
• Data gathering, cleansing, validation and sorting into appropriate databases;
• Monitor Control Tower Dashboard and report anomalies and exceptions;
• Execute endorsed plans and programs to achieve organizational and departmental goals and objectives;
• Develop continuous improvement plans, programs and activities to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial, transacting, and data operations;
• Monitor and maintain KPI's and key metrics;
• Ensure that all transactions are strictly documented and updated in the IT systems;
• Establish performance measures and priorities for each operation;
• Conduct and report on data analysis as directed by management;
• Maintaining proactive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
• Prepare periodic (daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc) reports with respect to commercial, transacting, and data operations, future growth and capacity;
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by RSG Management

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

• Recognized degree in Data Science, Analytics or Data Management related field (BSc preferred)
• A minimum of 5 years in a supply chain and logistics operations field (preferred)

Job Context
