COOP Training Program

Ninja is excited to offer a dynamic COOP Training Program designed to equip students and recent graduates with hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of food delivery and operations. This program provides a unique opportunity to work alongside industry professionals, engage in real-world projects, and develop practical skills that are essential for a successful career. Participants will gain exposure to various aspects of the business, including operations, marketing, customer service, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured training sessions and workshops focused on key operational and management skills.
• Assist in daily operational tasks and projects, gaining insight into the business processes that drive our success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various initiatives and contribute to team goals.
• Conduct research and data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
• Contribute to customer service initiatives by helping to enhance the customer experience.
• Engage in team meetings, providing input and feedback to improve processes and programs.
• Complete a final project presentation that showcases the skills and knowledge acquired during the program.
• Network with professionals at Ninja to learn about potential career paths and opportunities.
• Follow-up & tracking daily tasks, monitoring workflow progress, and ensuring smooth operations to maintain efficiency and quality.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, IT, Law, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous internship or work experience is a plus but not required.
