Coordinator Customer Service

The Customer Service Support Coordinator – Customs is responsible for handling customs activities and declarations, monitoring acceptance and rejection cases, and resolving House Bill mismatches. The role requires following standard processes and management instructions, completing functional training on time, and delivering quality, customer-oriented service that creates value for customers and Hapag-Lloyd.

• Handle customs activities, included but not limited to export / import manifests, in-bond handling

• Responsible for customs declarations

• Monitors rejections / acceptances

• Handles House Bill mismatches

• Follow standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management

• Complete all functional training timely

• Saudi Nationals Only.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• FIS knowledge.
• Ability to work well with others and follow guidelines.
• Positive attitude.
• Receptive to new ideas with a strong drive for personal development.
