Corporate Fund and Entrepreneurship Senior Director

The role holder is responsible for e stablish and maintain effective operational processes and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the fund. . The role holder is also responsible for l ead the due diligence process, coordinating with internal teams and external experts to assess the company's business model, market position, competitive landscape, and management team . The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure

Job Responsibility

• Establish and maintain effective operational processes and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the fund.
• Oversee all administrative tasks related to the fund, including investor relations, regulatory compliance, and recordkeeping.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, performance reports, and regulatory filings.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the fund's portfolio companies.
• Identify and implement strategies to optimize portfolio risk and enhance overall returns.
• Establish and maintain a robust pipeline management system to track and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Implement digital tools and technologies to streamline pipeline management and enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with corporate funds and external service providers to facilitate capital drawdowns and distributions.
• Proactively address Internal Audit observations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate portfolio risks and protect the corporation's investments.
• Work closely with the finance sector to ensure timely and accurate preparation of quarterly and annual fund financial statements.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports for investors, senior management, and Fund BoD/IC.
• Effectively communicate financial performance metrics and provide insights into the fund's overall performance.
