Position: Corporate Secretary
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the corporate management team.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Manage and organize corporate documents, contracts, and legal records.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Handle communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Corporate Secretary or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with corporate governance and legal requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
