Job Description - Corporate Services Senior Specialist

The Corporate Services Senior Specialist supports the execution of corporate services functions including administration, procurement, office operations, and internal coordination. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and assists in implementing corporate policies and service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily corporate services operations including administration and office support activities.
  • Assist in procurement processes, vendor coordination, and service requests.
  • Support office management activities including facilities, supplies, and logistics.
  • Coordinate internal requests and ensure timely resolution of operational needs.
  • Assist in implementing corporate policies and procedures.
  • Support onboarding logistics and employee administrative requirements.
  • Maintain records related to vendors, contracts, and operational expenses.
  • Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and company activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal administrative guidelines.
  • Support reporting and documentation for corporate services activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in corporate services, administration, or operations.
  • Experience in office administration or vendor coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of procurement and office operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
