Job Title: Corporate Supplier Quality Assurance Manager 

The Opportunity:

Almarai is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Supplier Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing world-class Total Quality Management strategies. You will review and revise existing Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental policies and practices across all business areas to ensure excellence and consistency throughout our Divisions, Business Units, and Joint Ventures

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Total Quality Management strategies that align with organizational goals.


• Review and revise Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.


• Collaborate with teams across various divisions to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.


• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive performance and address any areas of concern.


• Conduct training and workshops to enhance quality awareness and compliance across the organization

Candidates without the following will not be considered:

• A seasoned professional with 12-15 years of experience in a Senior/Group Quality Assurance role, specifically within the food and beverage sector.


• Minimum 5 years Supplier Quality Experience Assurance experience is a must


• Proven track record in a multi-national company, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and implement effective quality management systems.


• Bachelor’s degree in food Related or Auditing Discipline or a related discipline.
