Job Description - CRM Manager


KalSoft is currently looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong background in CRM systems, enterprise platforms, and IT project delivery within the banking and financial services sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing large teams, overseeing multiple systems, and ensuring high-quality project execution aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of approximately 30 members, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
  • Take full ownership of the development, delivery, and continuous enhancement of key CRM-related systems, including:
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Corporate Loan Origination & Limit Management System (FIS eCLO)
    • Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)
    • Loyalty platforms
    • Marketing Campaign Management systems
    • Incentive Engine platforms
  • Ensure all systems and their respective development teams operate efficiently and deliver high-quality Change Requests (CRs) aligned with business and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior management to align system capabilities with organizational goals.
  • Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements to optimize service delivery.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality project development and delivery, maintaining a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular status updates, reports, and KPIs to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and IT governance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and customer experience initiatives.

Requirements
Saudi National (Mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM management and IT project delivery.
Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Proven experience managing teams of 20–30 members.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and customer lifecycle management.
Solid expertise in IT project management methodologies and tools.
Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM, OPA, and loan origination systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple systems and projects in a fast-paced environment.
