CRM Techno functional Engineer

Job Overview:

TAWANTECH is looking for a CRM Techno-Functional Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Your primary focus will be to enhance customer engagement, streamline workflows, and provide technical support to enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for CRM system-related inquiries and issues from end-users.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for CRM enhancements.
• Configure and customize CRM solutions, ensuring they meet the business's evolving needs.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support system adoption.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to drive insights and support decision-making.
• Manage CRM system integrations with other applications such as ERP and marketing solutions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades.
• Ensure CRM compliance with organizational policies and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a CRM techno-functional role.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and business process flow.
• Proven ability to perform data analysis, reporting, and ensure data integrity.
