The Culinary Arts Foundation Certificate programme equips participants with the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to thrive as a team member in a professional kitchen.

This programme equips participants with fundamental culinary skills, including knife techniques, vegetable preparation, and basic fish, meat, and poultry handling. Under supervision, trainees will learn cooking methods such as grilling, frying, baking, and braising, preparing them for entry-level positions like Junior Commis in Qiddiya's F&B establishments.

• Nationality: Saudi National
• Education: High school certificate with a minimum of 60%
• Years of experience: Not applicable
• English Proficienecy: Minimum of IELTS Level 4
• Availability: Full-time availability and commitment to attend the entire programme
