High School Graduate or Secondary School Graduate plus Certification in Computer Operation or equivalent acceptable by User Representative.
Knowledge in SAP operation and procedures would be beneficial.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrate reliability and dependability.
Demonstrate problem solving abilities.
Fully conversant in computer operations, current version of Microsoft Office (Word, and Excel). Four (4) years’ experience in a customer care center working environment or related field.
