Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Tamheer Program

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring their needs are handled promptly and professionally. They are the front-line representatives of a company and are expected to be knowledgeable about services the company offers.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via call, email, social media or online chat to provide support and information on an assigned or service.
  • Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
  • Follow up customer’s request or complaint with another department.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Intermediate Speaking and writing Arabic and English language.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
