Responsibilities:

• Handle customer requests through phone or email (Arabic and English)
  
• Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing
  
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  
• Ability to work under pressure
