Cyber Security Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Engineer with specialized knowledge in OT and Yokogawa systems to join our partner company's team in KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all technical aspects of cybersecurity, closing cybersecurity gaps, and supporting IT/OT expansion programs and UCSR maturity improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect operational technology (OT) systems, particularly those utilizing Yokogawa systems.
• Monitor and update antivirus policies and DAT files on all servers and workstations.
• Manage security patches, including importing and approving updates, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks.
• Oversee Active Directory and user account management, ensuring compliance with documented policies.
• Maintain and manage network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Conduct network device management, including ensuring the functionality of network monitoring systems.
• Ensure the functionality and integrity of centralized backup services and network storage.
• Manage application whitelisting and monitor logs to identify and report discrepancies.
• Regularly update and maintain all cybersecurity documentation and registers.
• Provide detailed service cycle reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Profound knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks including IEC62443, NIST, NCA, and specific Sabic cybersecurity requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience in OT systems, preferably with Yokogawa systems, focusing on cybersecurity maintenance and project phases.
• Demonstrated ability to manage network devices (routing, switching, firewall, etc.).
• Proficient in managing IT and domain controller policies.
• CCNA certification required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in delivering cybersecurity activities listed above.
• Thorough understanding of the causes and risks associated with DCS and ESD machines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
