The Cybersecurity SOC Manager will be responsible for:Managing and providing effective leadership to an offshore SOC teamFostering a collaborative and high-performance work environmentManaging day-to-day SOC operations, ensuring the timely detection, analysis, and response to security incidentsWorking closely with Cybersecurity Architect to implement and maintain security technologies and tools within the SOCDeveloping and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the SOC's capabilitiesLeading incident response efforts, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate and remediate security incidentsDeveloping and maintaining incident response plans and playbooksMonitoring and analysing security alerts, responding to and investigating incidents as neededConducting post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvementCollaborating with cross-functional teamsCommunicating effectively with executive leadership and other stakeholders on cybersecurity mattersStaying abreast of the latest trends and developments in SOC and Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR)The Successful Applicant

The Cybersecurity SOC Manager will be/have:At least a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field; Master's degree or certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, etc.) are a plus4+ years of experience in a leadership role within a SOC and DFIR environmentStrong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practicesAdvanced knowledge and hands-on experience in digital forensics and incident responseExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPresentation skills; simplifying complex cybersecurity concerns and issues, and explaining to non-technical teamsAbility to make decisions under pressure and lead a team in a dynamic environmentAble to interact with stakeholders across all levels of the organisationBased in/willing to relocate to RiyadhWhat's on Offer
