Dairy Manager

• Preparation of operating and capital budgets of the D. Farm.
• Prepare and follow inputs ordering and execution .cost monitoring follow up, Animal feeds, drugs, logistics etc.
• Check the daily production reports, fodder, milk production, animal heath affairs, reproductive activities, daily costing and overall farm activities.
• Responsible of the hygiene of the whole farm parlour, pens etc.
• Follow and maintain the watering systems, power supply machines follow up or any other project in the farm.
• Monitor and liaises with concerned in cows management, production affairs (insemination etc), culling and fodder fields production plans.
• Follow up of milk production evaluation, young stock rearing, milking cow’s evaluation, vaccinations, preventive measures and all affairs related to animal health and nutrition.
• All contacts with other sections, departments in matters related to the dairy farm e.g. purchasing etc.
• Administers the personnel affairs of the dairy farm.
• Farm security assurance.
• Inputs and necessary services ordering.
• Any other assignments delegated by the GM PF and Forestry.
