Data Management and Governance Trainer

We are currently searching for 5 dedicated trainers to filla 6-month full-time position, extendable based on performance. The roleinvolves delivering training courses in the field of Data Management andGovernance, with a specific focus on Data Management Practices (NDMO). including two months of courses for the publicoutside of governmental programs. Familiarity with the Informatica system is aplus.

Please note that the content is ready, and a TOT(Training of Trainers) program will be provided to the selected trainers.

Requirements

• Specialization: Expertise in Data Management and Governance, with a deep understanding ofNDMO practices.
• TimeCommitment: Ability to commit to a 6-month period with the possibilityof extension.
• GeneralTotaling skills: Capability to conduct training sessions for thepublic outside the governmental environment.
• Informaticasystem Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with the Informaticasystem is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Conductcomprehensive training sessions on Data Management and Governancepractices.
• Developand deliver engaging content for general public training programs.
• Providehands-on training in NDMO practices.
• Collaboratewith team members to enhance the training program.

Qualification Skills:

• Certifications: Possession of (CDMP) with a score of 70 plus is a must.
• ProjectManagement: Proficiency in project management methodologies toeffectively plan, organize, and execute training programs within specifiedtimelines.
• TechnologyIntegration: Experience in integrating data management tools andtechnologies, beyond Informatica, into training programs, showcasing abroad understanding of the data management landscape.
• InteractiveLearning Techniques: Utilize innovative and interactive teachingmethods to ensure an engaging and effective learning experience forparticipants.
• DataPrivacy Knowledge: Stay informed about data privacy regulations andguidelines to incorporate relevant information into training content.
• AnalyticalThinking: Ability to analyze complex data scenarios and providepractical solutions, fostering critical thinking skills amongparticipants.
• IndustryExperience: Previous experience working in industries where effectivedata management is crucial, bringing real-world insights to trainingcontent.
