Dealer Coordinator

The Dealer Coordinator will be responsible for following up on vehicles purchased from dealers, ensuring they are fully prepared for shipping, and verifying that all requirements are met. The role also involves conducting a complete inspection of the vehicles and providing high-quality photographs for listing and documentation purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with dealers to track vehicles purchased and ensure readiness for shipment.
• Perform full vehicle checks, including condition, specifications, and documentation.
• Verify that vehicles meet company standards before shipping.
• Capture professional photographs of vehicles for marketing and inventory purposes.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle status and inspection reports.
• Communicate and follow up with internal teams (logistics, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth processes.

• Previous experience in automotive coordination, logistics, or related fields preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough vehicle inspections.
• Basic knowledge of car features, specifications, and conditions.
• Photography skills, with the ability to take clear and professional vehicle photos.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
