Delivery Director - Residential (RES711)

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a skilled and strategic Director of Delivery - Staff Accommodation to oversee the development and implementation of accommodation solutions for our workforce. This vital role will focus on ensuring that staff housing projects are executed efficiently, meet the organization's standards, and contribute to the overall success of the Qiddiya project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of staff accommodation projects from planning through to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and operational teams to create functional and sustainable housing solutions for employees.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to optimize performance and productivity.
• Develop strong relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and local authorities, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Implement project monitoring and reporting practices to track progress, mitigate risks, and address issues proactively.
• Conduct regular site assessments and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and delivery milestones.
• Provide regular updates to senior management about project status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and innovation within the team, enhancing the delivery of accommodation solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• 12-15 years of experience in project management, specifically in the area of construction or accommodation services
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of project management best practices and relevant regulations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging various stakeholders
• Proficient in project management software and tools to ensure efficient project execution
• Analytical thinker with outstanding problem-solving skills
