Delivery Director - Technical - Residential (RES715)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly skilled Delivery Director - Technical for our Residential division to oversee the technical delivery of residential projects. This leadership role demands in-depth technical knowledge, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and innovation in residential development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all technical aspects of residential project delivery, ensuring projects are executed in compliance with design specifications and technical standards.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to implement innovative solutions and address technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet project deliverables.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and enhance quality outcomes.
• Serve as a key point of contact for technical queries, providing expert guidance and ensuring effective communication amongst all stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, implementing improvements and corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Champion best practices in construction technology and sustainable design, promoting innovation within the residential team.
• Prepare detailed reports and technical presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• At least 12 years of experience in technical project delivery, specifically within the residential sector
• Proven expertise in managing the technical aspects of large-scale construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to engage various stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
