How You'll Make An Impact

• Evaluate customer orders, considering both technical and commercial aspects of the project.
• Clarify and resolve any discrepancies between the Offer, Order, and Commercial calculation sheet in collaboration with the Proposals team and the customer.
• Analyze and compile essential offer documents, including Orders, Internal Purchase Orders (IPO), Standard Terms and Conditions, Material lists, and Commercial calculation sheets.
• Ensure accurate processing of the commercial calculation sheet, maintaining appropriate cost margins and obtaining necessary approvals as per the signature mandate.
• Facilitate timely processing of internal purchase orders (IPO) to supply bases (PCC), meeting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements.
• Communicate effectively with responsible PCCs, ensuring timely follow-up on orders to meet customer delivery requirements (KPI: On-Time-Delivery).
• Review shipping notifications from suppliers and align them with IPO shipping terms for efficient collection logistics.
• Maintain accurate records in the warehouse management systems related to inventory and parts movements.
• Resolve rejection and Goods Receipt (GR) issues with customers within 30 days.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business Management preferred; relevant experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of parts management experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Order management., Delivery management, Logistics and Warehouse management. essential.
• Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP & ACCESS) and Microsoft Office 365.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English for effective coordination with suppliers (PCC).
• Demonstrated critical problem-solving skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexibly, occasionally during late hours and weekends as business demands.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
