Description
Job Purpose:
The Projects Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating real estate development projects at Retal Urban Development Company. This individual will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Projects Manager will work closely with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of projects from start to finish.

 
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Support: Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets. 
2. Team Coordination: Coordinate the activities of project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. 
3. Budget Monitoring: Monitor project expenses and track progress against budget. 
4. Schedule Tracking: Track project progress and identify potential delays. 
5. Risk Management Support: Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks. 
6. Contract Administration: Assist in the administration of contracts with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants. 
7. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. 
8. Quality Control Monitoring: Monitor construction activities to ensure that they are carried out in accordance with approved plans and specifications. 
9. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project-related problems in a timely and effective manner. 
10. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation. 
11. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that projects comply with all applicable building codes, regulations, and zoning ordinances in Saudi Arabia. 
12. Safety Management: Enforce safety regulations and ensure that all construction activities are carried out in a safe manner. 
13. Handover Support: Assist in the project handover process, ensuring that projects are completed and handed over to clients in a timely and efficient manner. 
14. Cultural Sensitivity: Ensure that all development projects are culturally sensitive and appropriate for the Saudi Arabian market.

Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. 
[10-15] years of experience in project management or construction management, preferably in real estate development. 
Knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques. 
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and zoning ordinances in Saudi Arabia. 
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
