Job Overview:

An exciting new Mediterranean café concept opening in Riyadh is looking to hire 4 Demi Chefs de Partie on a seasonal contract basis to support the launch and operation of the kitchen across the Pastry, Cold, Hot, and Prep Sections. These roles are ideal for junior chefs eager to gain hands-on experience in a high-energy, café-style environment focused on Mediterranean flavours and fresh, wholesome cooking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie with food preparation and daily kitchen operations within your assigned section.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation in line with brand expectations.
• Ensure your workstation is kept clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Support smooth kitchen service during busy periods through strong communication and collaboration.
• Take an active role in learning new techniques, supporting team development, and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within Mediterranean or modern café dining concepts.
• Basic culinary skills relevant to your preferred section (Pastry, Cold, Hot, or Prep).
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency.
• Strong work ethic and reliability during demanding service times.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a bonus but not required.
