Dental assistant

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in related specialty. 

3 years of experience in the same Field as dental assistant.

Dataflow is a must.

Saudi license holder is a plus.

Fluent in English

Job description and responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide support to our dental team and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the clinic. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to patient care.

• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures by taking medical histories and vital signs.
• Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring the comfort of the patient.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Sterilize and prepare instruments and equipment for dental procedures.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist.
• Assist with the administration of anesthesia and pain control, as necessary.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental offices calendar.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Process billing and insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor and order dental supplies and materials as needed.
• Ensure the dental operatory and waiting areas are clean and organized.
