Deputy Manager Quality Management

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s QMS in alignment with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.

Plan, lead, and execute internal and external audits, including certification, surveillance, and customer audits.

Define, track, and report quality objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics to management.

Manage and mentor the quality team, ensuring proper training and development.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, statutory, and client-specific quality requirements.

Oversee document control, change management, and quality records management.

Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.

Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 or equivalent) highly preferred.

7–10 years of professional experience in quality management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Strong working knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).

Hands-on experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).

Proficiency in quality management software and reporting tools.

In-depth knowledge of quality standards and industry-specific regulations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent team leadership and people management abilities.

High attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented mindset.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working across all levels.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict timelines
