CLEAR is looking for a talented and creative Design Architect to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing architectural designs and concepts that inspire and engage clients while adhering to functional and aesthetic requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Design:
• Generate innovative design solutions that reflect client aspirations and project goals.
• Prepare visual presentations, sketches, and models to communicate concepts effectively.
3. Collaboration:
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure cohesive design development.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate unique ideas and solutions.
5. Technical Documentation:
• Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings and specifications in line with project standards.
• Ensure documentation adheres to local codes and regulations.
7. Research & Development:
• Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to support design choices.
9. Client Liaison:
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and present design solutions.
• Facilitate design reviews and gather feedback to refine concepts.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant field.
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus.

Professional Experience

• 4+ years of experience in architectural design or a related field.

Licenses & Certifications

• Membership in an architectural association or licensing (preferential).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite).
