ROLE OVERVIEW

The Design Senior Manager is responsible for leading and managing the design team to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet the company's needs. This role involves overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery, ensuring they align with the company's brand and strategic objectives.

REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY

• Strong portfolio of design work demonstrating creativity and originality.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES 

The Design Senior Manager responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead and manage the design team, setting clear goals and providing guidance and support.
• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery, ensuring they align with the company's brand and strategic objectives.
• Review and approve designs before they are implemented.
• Ensure all design work meets high quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget.
• Work closely with other departments to understand their design needs and provide solutions.
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and tools and ensure the design team is using the most current design techniques and software.
• Provide constructive feedback to the design team and foster a positive and creative work environment.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of new design team members.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

 Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Strong understanding of design principles and techniques.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Qualifications

• A degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field
