Development Manager - Affordable Housing - Residential (RES7)

We are seeking a dedicated Development Manager for Affordable Housing to lead the efforts in designing and implementing housing solutions that cater to the needs of the community.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of affordable housing projects from conception through construction. Your expertise will ensure that our initiatives meet quality standards while being economically viable and socially beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of affordable housing projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision for inclusive urban development.
• Manage all phases of housing development, including feasibility studies, site selection, design coordination, and contractor management.
• Engage with stakeholders, including government entities, NGOs, and community groups, to ensure project alignment with local needs.
• Prepare comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to objectives.
• Facilitate community engagement sessions to gather input and feedback on residential designs and features.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout the development process.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in residential development, with a focus on affordable housing projects.
• Strong understanding of market trends and challenges in providing affordable housing solutions.
• Experience in conducting feasibility studies and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proven project management capabilities with a track record of completing projects on time and on budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse groups.
