Development Manager - Residential D15 (RES7)

Our Residential Business Unit is leading the development of multiple residential projects, with the first phase of construction set to begin towards the end of this year already!

As a Development Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping Qiddiya’s residential offering, specifically focusing on the development of villas. You will oversee projects from initial concept to design approvals and into the construction phase, ensuring high standards of quality and sustainability are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of villa projects, ensuring they align with Qiddiya’s vision and the needs of the community.
• Manage projects through all development phases, including feasibility studies, design coordination, and construction management.
• Effectively navigate stage gate processes to achieve timely approvals and ensure alignment with Qiddiya’s overall development strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including design teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and present detailed project updates, business cases, and presentations to senior leadership and external partners.
• Stay informed on market trends and incorporate best practices in residential development to enhance livability and value.

• Bachelor's degree or master's in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years working as a Development Manager in early phases of real estate development.
• Proven experience in residential or housing developments, particularly with villa projects.
• Experience in conducting or leading feasibility studies.
• A strong portfolio of successfully completed projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in project management within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Strong presentation skills, particularly with PowerPoint.
